Why Your Profile Matters

99Visibility uses your brand profile to detect hallucinations. If your profile says your price is $49/mo and AI says $29/mo, that gets flagged. An incomplete profile means we can't catch as many errors.

How to Update

1. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
2. Edit any field: brand name, domain, description, pricing, or features.
3. Click Save.

What to Include

• Brand name — exactly as it should appear (capitalization matters).
• Domain — your primary website URL.
• Description — what you do in 1–2 sentences.
• Pricing — plan names and prices. Update this whenever you change pricing.
• Key features — your main capabilities. Update when you launch or retire features.

When to Update

• After a pricing change.
• After launching or removing a feature.
• After a rebrand or name change.
• Before running an audit — stale profile data leads to false hallucination alerts.
