Methodology
Data is aggregated from 99Visibility brand audits across multiple industries and company sizes. Each audit queries all four AI platforms with brand-relevant keywords and evaluates responses for mention, accuracy, sentiment, and citation.
Visibility Score formula: Mention Rate (40%) + Accuracy Rate (30%) + Sentiment (15%) + Citation Rate (15%), multiplied by a market-share-weighted coverage factor.
Hallucination detection: Automated comparison of AI responses against brand-provided facts (pricing, features, dates, locations) with severity classification (Critical, High, Medium, Low).
Data is updated quarterly. For methodology questions, contact research@99visibility.com.
