Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel
Change your plan or cancel your subscription.
Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.
- Complete payment on the Stripe checkout page.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period.
Downgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Change Plan and pick a lower tier.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you have more brands/competitors than the lower plan allows, they become read-only. Remove extras before running new audits.
Cancel Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
You keep access until the end of your billing period. Your data is kept for 90 days. You can reactivate anytime during that window.
Refund Policy
Not satisfied within the first 14 days? Contact support for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime but the current period isn't refunded.
