Can't Log In
Fix login issues with email, Google, or password reset.
Email Login Issues
- Wrong password? Click "Forgot password" on the login page. You'll receive a reset link via email.
- Never received verification email? Check your spam folder. If it's not there, try signing up again with the same email — the system will resend the verification.
- Email not recognized? You may have signed up with Google instead. Try "Sign in with Google."
Google Login Issues
- Make sure you're using the same Google account you signed up with.
- If you see a popup blocker warning, allow popups for 99visibility.com.
- Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window.
Account Locked or Disabled
If you see a message that your account is disabled, contact support at hello@99visibility.com.
