Dashboard Overview
Your Command Center
The Dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It gives you a real-time snapshot of how AI platforms describe your brand, highlights what needs attention, and links to every feature in 99Visibility.
Dashboard Layout
Overall Visibility Score
The large score card at the top shows your current aggregate visibility score (0-100), color-coded by performance tier. If you've run multiple audits, a trend indicator shows whether your score is improving, declining, or holding steady. See Understanding Your Score for what this number means.
Platform Breakdown
Below the overall score, four cards show your individual scores for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, and Claude. Each card displays the platform score and a delta showing change since your last audit. This helps you quickly spot which platforms need the most work.
Trend Chart
The area chart tracks your visibility score over your last several audits. Use this to confirm that your optimization efforts are working. A consistent upward trend means your content changes are improving how AI platforms describe you.
Alert Feed
The right side of the dashboard (or below the chart on mobile) shows your most recent alerts. These include:
- Critical alerts — hallucinations or major inaccuracies that need immediate fixes
- Warning alerts — outdated information or moderate issues
- Info alerts — minor observations and optimization opportunities
Click any alert to see full details and a recommended fix. For more on alerts, see Hallucination Detection.
Navigation
The sidebar (or bottom navigation on mobile) links to all major sections:
- Dashboard — the overview you're reading about now
- Audits — history of all your audits with full per-query results
- Keywords — manage the queries 99Visibility uses when auditing your brand
- Recommendations — your prioritized list of fixes. See Recommendations Engine.
- Competitors — side-by-side comparisons. See Competitor Comparison.
- Settings — brand details, account info, billing, and notification preferences
Key Metrics at a Glance
The dashboard surfaces these metrics without requiring you to dig into audit details:
- Mention rate — percentage of keywords where AI mentions your brand
- Accuracy rate — percentage of mentions that are factually correct
- Active hallucinations — count of unresolved inaccuracies across platforms
- Pending recommendations — number of unimplemented fixes, sorted by priority
Using the Dashboard Daily
You don't need to run a new audit every day. Between audits, use the dashboard to:
- Check the alert feed for new critical issues (especially after AI platform updates).
- Review your recommendation progress — mark items as complete as you implement them.
- Monitor competitor scores if you've added competitors to your account.
- Schedule your next audit after implementing a batch of recommendations (we recommend auditing weekly or biweekly).
