Audit Is Stuck or Failed

What to do when an audit takes too long or shows an error.

Audit Taking Too Long

A normal audit takes 2–3 minutes. If it's been more than 10 minutes:

Check the audit status on your Dashboard. "Running" means it's still going — AI platforms can be slow during peak hours.
If it's been 15+ minutes, refresh the page.
If the problem continues, try running a new audit with fewer keywords.

If your audit shows "Failed":

Wait a minute and try again. The most common cause is a temporary API error from one of the AI platforms.
Check your keywords. Very long keywords (200+ characters) or special characters can cause issues.
Check your plan limits. If you've used all your monthly audits, the next one will fail. Upgrade or wait for your limit to reset.
If it keeps failing, note the error message and contact support.
